Why can I no longer find the AIC logo (Crossed Ear) on the jars?

Our products are naturally gluten-free. And always safe.

We are pleased to inform you that our products will continue to be 100% naturally gluten-free, just as they always have been. For this reason, we have chosen not to display the AIC mark on the packaging anymore: a decision that in no way changes the quality, safety, or full suitability of our products for those following a gluten-free diet.

Total safety: zero compromises

Our production is organised to guarantee the absence of any risk of gluten cross-contamination. This allows us to offer a reliable, consistent, and safe product, even for the most sensitive consumers.

An internal control plan that protects every choice

Our internal self-control plan, developed according to current regulations and the best industry practices, includes checks specifically aimed at mitigating gluten risk.
Among the monitored activities are:

  • targeted checks of raw materials
  • environmental controls on production lines
  • strict management and sanitisation protocols
  • constant attention to production flows to preserve product purity

Our promise

The removal of the AIC mark does not change what really matters to us: offering good, safe, and naturally gluten-free products every day, with full transparency.
